IAU LifeCoach provides AI-powered life and career coaching tools based on the I Am Unique (IAU) framework. The content and guidance provided are for informational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute professional psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
We collect personal information you provide, including assessments, journal entries, and coaching interactions, to deliver personalized coaching experiences. To generate AI coaching responses, your data is transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI). Payments are processed by Stripe. Your data is stored securely and will not be sold to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement. Our AI coaching tools are designed to assist and guide you, but they are not a substitute for professional mental health, career, or financial advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. Always seek qualified professional advice for serious personal or professional matters.
All content, frameworks, and materials on IAU LifeCoach — including the IAU framework, assessments, and coaching methodologies — are the intellectual property of IAU LifeCoach and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Subscription plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
IAU LifeCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
